10yo boy stomach pain and vomiting at night/early morning

I can't ring my gp for an appt yet (if I ring at 8:30 I should get him seen today although the lines do get very busy).

My ds 10 has had stomach pain in the early hours of boxing day morning and again yesterday (the 30th) which led to vomiting twice both times. He was fine after though. Same again now (he hasn't been sick yet, dh lying beside him).

Any thoughts? I'm worried. And Dr Google has mentioned stomach cancer so talk me down please.

I’m glad you took him in. I would have, whatever the rest are saying today. Tonsillitis is miserable, and can cause abdominal pain and vomiting

I had same with my ds age 11. he was sick boxing night.
Its the 3rd time in a month and like you I worry.
It just passes quickly after he gets sick.
