Help name our new kitten, please!

We are going to take possession of this cutie tomorrow, but need a name, quick!
She’s black, fluffy and female. She’s really going to be DD(10)’s cat, so she wants something quite cute and has already rejected my suggestions of Ninja, Shadow and Spooky, however we’re all stuck for other suggestions!

Well, I’m sorry I have no more concrete name update than name is still under consideration! Poor kitten was, for a couple of hours, called Voldemort 😒 and I even made a family WhatsApp announcement, but then DD changed her mind. She was briefly Ivy, too.

Final name will I’m sure be settled tomorrow.

I wondered the same! Maybe they suggested calling kitty "Brexit" and MN didn't want the bunfight

Side note, I am not a cat person at all and even I am in love with (name tbc).

I always like the idea of calling a pet Anonymous. Mainly because when I was little I thought someone called Anonymous wrote most of the hymns we sang at school and thought how cool a name it was.

I once named a holiday cottage farm cat Alias because there was a TV programme called Alias Smith and Jones and thought Alias was one of the names.

Kitten the deleted post was most likely a Spam Post rather than someone kicking off about kitten names (and even if they were kicking off they've been deleted so A very good day to them and they can bugger off to misquote Miss Jolly )

Though you do know your WFH plans are futile ? My female cat drapes herself between my screen and me . She then paws at me if I ignore her and "bites" me if I stroke her ( not a bite , she grips my skin with her teeth but very carefully)
I had to get DS to lure her away with Dreamies . I couldn't reward her bad behaviour but if I tried to lift her , I'd have lost a finger !

Oh yes, @KittenCuteness - you will definitely need to stock up on the Dreamies! Vital for training
