Selling smelly shoes to fetish people?

I didn't know where to put this so I put it in chat.

I've obviously namechanged.

A couple of weeks ago I posted something on Twitter about still wearing a pair of 20-year old shoes. Today a man (I assume) had DMed me. I looked into the account and the tweets are a bit seedy but not problematic. I think he's a 'submissive' and has a few interactions calling women 'mistress'. He also has a few others where he'll comment on a woman's post about shoes basically saying along the lines of 'I'll pay £50 for your shoes. Can I DM you'.

I'm hard-up ATM, I could do with extra cash.

You know where this is going....

Has anyone had experience of selling their old shoes to people with a fetish? I've read a couple of articles but I could do with a conversation about this. I remember a thread a few years ago on this but I can't find it now.

I could really do with the money from this but feel a bit weird.

Well, inspired by this thread I have given it a shot - fair bit of interest on eBay in my Clarks pumps but the ads have been taken down. Tried twice with different accounts. Not sure where I’m going wrong as the first time there was only one pic and just of the shoes, second time there was an extra ‘worn’ pic but I put in the statement about them being cleaned to eBay standards.
Any tips on where to go from here?
Not looking to get really into it, just to get a few £ for old pumps I have already and save them from landfill!

I did it too #itsabongthing - I've not had ad taken down and have been inundated with er, interesting questions...! Blush

Forget Greta Thunberg, this is what the Waste Hierarchy is all about!

I don't understand the prissy attitudes from some, honestly I don't. If it's not your husbands buy these products then where is the harm? Grin

As for fetishes, why are some 'better' and more 'worthy' than others? If you'd partake in some deviant behaviour yourself then why would you judge somebody for doing something similar but different to you?

ffswhatnext, your posts are really interesting and, if they help some women in financial straits then that's all to the good.
