What has been your ‘oh my god’ moments in celebrity gossip?

Mine have been:

• Jay-Z and Solange in the elevator
• Detective Coleen Rooney making her case
• Kanye West ‘imma let you finish’ with Taylor Swift

They all genuinely shocked me when reported, and for the love of twitter VardyGate was fantastic.

And before anyone gets in, yes I have got a life, I just enjoy celebrity gossip as a bit of freedom from the day to day. But well done on you for not caring and being better than me

@VanyaHargreeves Ellen looks dead behind the eyes to me you can tell a mile off shes not that nice.Shes good friends with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon who seem really nice though

I find something really unlikeable about Reese Witherspoon. I saw a clip of her on Graham Norton and she couldn’t bear the attention to be off her for a moment. She was all “Ooh I can sing the Friends theme song!!” and then got it wrong and everyone was too nice to tell her.

I've not had time to read through all these so probably am repeating.

For me, the most shocking was the whole Hutchence/Yates saga, right up to Peaches' death. Just so sad.

As in, her husband could have ok'd the liaison.... he was not sound of mind either

Yeah the Lisa Marie Presley and Michael Jackson thing was so weird. I read an interview with her after they split and she basically said he was off his head. His level of paranoia was huge, she couldn't even go get w coffee or something as he was truly convinced she would be kidnapped. Said it all became too much for her. I suspect this reality was that was not a real marriage, even though she proclaimed it was.

A rumour that hasn't actually surprised me at all is that George Clooney has been known to enjoy the company of other men. This from a friend who is very involved in the acting industry.

The Aussie male neighbour had a one night stand with my good male friend in his drug fuelled time of life.

The rapper TI (the twunt who talked about splitting you in two on Blurred Lines) told the podcast Ladies Like Us that he accompanies his 18-year-old daughter on yearly trips to the gynaecologist, ostensibly to have her hymen examined to see if it’s still intact.

“Yes, I go with her,” he said, in comments since edited out of the show, because, you know. Weird. “They come and say: ‘Well, I just want you to know that there are other ways besides sex that the hymen can be broken like bike riding, athletics, horseback riding and just other forms of athletic physical activity.’ So I say: ‘Look, doc, she don’t ride no horses, she don’t ride no bike, she don’t play no sports.
