What has been your ‘oh my god’ moments in celebrity gossip?

Mine have been:

• Jay-Z and Solange in the elevator
• Detective Coleen Rooney making her case
• Kanye West ‘imma let you finish’ with Taylor Swift

They all genuinely shocked me when reported, and for the love of twitter VardyGate was fantastic.

And before anyone gets in, yes I have got a life, I just enjoy celebrity gossip as a bit of freedom from the day to day. But well done on you for not caring and being better than me

@CheersMedea the US-based Academic Celebrity Gossip FB group (highly recommended) discussed it and it is entirely possible in the States. Apparently if his daughter signs the appropriate form, there’s not much the doctor can do.

Ohh ok. She has a long term boyfriend who she talks at length about on her radio show. I don't believe that one.

There is a term "yachting," which is used as a euphemism and basically means young, beautiful women being paid to hang around old wealthy men at parties on big yachts in Dubai and similar places, making the whole shebang look more glamorous. The presumption is that that will probably include sex.

I don’t believe KB would be a yacht girl. There’s a fair amount of ex-Towie and Geordie Shore girls who are though. A friend of mine did it for a few years and got heavily into drugs as a result. It’s mostly just rich business me. Who would hire a yacht with maybe 20 girls onboard. She always said if you got your kit off quickly enough you could always get out of having to have sex with them, they always wanted sex with the girls who still had clothes on at the end of the night.

@Potnoodledoo, allegedly the youngest child of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall was born following an affair between Mick and Angelina Jolie. Mick and Jerry decided to bring him up as their own.

I am sure it’s rubbish, but was a weird rumour nonetheless.
