Should I cut my babies hair? Pic

He's only 10 months but always has these bits that stick out at the sides.
Should I chop them off ? Seems so young to have a hair cut!

DD had long straight hair that got in her eyes so she had it cut regularly from a very young age as well.I don't like hair accessories on babies due to the choking hazard, so hair cut it was.

Don’t cut them from me too damp them down with water. That’s loads of hair for a baby lucky kid
