DD is away for mid term break so it's just myself and DH and the Dcats. We're having coffee before making breakfast. I'm in the mood for eggs Benedict.

We need to sort the garage today but neither of us are motivated to do it

We have 2 massive steaks that we're going to BBQ for dinner later. DH will cook the steaks and I'll do the sides. I'm thinking cheesy broccoli.

Been up since 5.30am, 2yo DD just stole my bagel off me. I will struggle through a play date and a trip to the supermarket, until my husband returns from his birthday wkend trip away, where I will pass him the child, the washing, the washing up and storm up to my bedroom to be left alone for at least 12 hours!!!

Dp is decorating today.
I will take the dc on a walk somewhere, probably the woods. Might treat them to a pub lunch.
We are having a Mexican cook up for dinner tonight, will light the fire and relish in the fact that it’s half term so no faffing about with school stuff for any of us (although dp will be working as usual).

In general, waiting to see if DD2 decides today is the day she makes her appearance (currently 40+5). Right now, snuggling in bed with DD1 catching up on last night's Strictly.

DH was feeling quite poorly yesterday, so hopefully he will be feeling better once he wakes up. We may manage a walk out to the end of the road and back then work out what we will eat today. Only thing we have to do is make sure everything is prepped for DD1 to go back to school tomorrow, just in case it's my parents doing the school run in the morning.

I'm currently watching Hey Duggee on the sofa with DS and feeding baby DD who is snoozing on my lap.
In a couple of hours (when it opens) we're going to the visitor attraction where I work to do all the Halloween activities and drink coffee for the day.
Roast for dinner and an early bedtime I think!

I'm watching an episode of mad men and having a cup of tea right now. DH is still asleep. Then we're going to Liverpool for breakfast and to look at student areas because we're looking to buy a rental there. We need to be home for 4 so he can watch the football 🙄 whilst he does that I'll cook something that I can take to work for lunch all week and ideally I will go for a run but in all likelihood I won't be bothered. Then we have to do my injections (doing ivf at the moment) and we'll probably order a takeaway and watch TV. Lazy Sunday night.

Still in bed, woken by DH scraping ice of the car to go and play golf.

Lazy morning then off to a dance competition with Dd who is very nervous as she's not done this one before.
I am recovering rn from a wisdom extraction under ga on Friday and my pain seems worse today so not gonna be an easy day.

Got to paint a cupboard for DD’s bedroom and put down underlay before new carpet arrives this week.

It is Diwali today so we are having a relaxing morning with a special breakfast, then baths and pampering (I have 3 daughters), then our little celebration at home with lighting of tea lights, incense and fairy lights. Then get all glammed up to meet family for an early dinner and then off to Diwali party at a friends house tonight complete with food and fireworks.

It's a lovely family day :o)

DH & I have a rare free day off together ... so trying to decide what to do. We like visiting National Trust places but quite a few near us seem to be flooded or closed, so decided to go further afield & do a canal walk and hopefully find somewhere nice for lunch.

Currently lounging on the sofa, DH is watching some cricket he recorded over night, DD is doing some colouring and baby DS is rolling round the floor trying to work out how to crawl. Need to go to the supermarket when it opens, am going to roast a chicken and then we'll pop round to see the in laws later joy

Our 2 year old DS has been up since 5.30 as I forgot to change his grow clock for the hour change.

Up to mums grave, breakfast shopping for my hubby getting up, snooze at sons nap time, then over to the in laws to be waited on hand and foot for the afternoon into evening

DM, that sounds like a really lovely day.

I am home alone this week, DD is on holiday with XH, first time for us all following us separating earlier this year. I am dressed and about to go for a walk along the river for about four miles.

Sadly after that I need to work all day to meet a deadline of midnight tonight on an assignment but I just need to get out and see the beautiful day first.

I also need to fit in a rowing session before I go to sleep tonight. My training plan has slipped.

I’m full of cold and 29 weeks pregnant so I’m not going to be venturing too far. Will probably go for brunch with DH, tidy the house, got to do my tax accounts which I’ve been putting off, have a blanket I’m making that I want to finish, so fancy a bit of baking but probably won’t as it seems wrong to bake with a cold, and then will chill out with TV/a book/a bath later.

Hoping next weekend will be more productive!

Going to watch the rugby, then family walk as weather is nice.

Football match for DS. Netball match for DD. Roast dinner. Strictly results show. Happy days

I’m away at a friends, we’re having breakfast then off on a countryside walk then train home for me at about 3, will get home around 5. At my house DH will be seeing off DS friends who were staying over as they had a cadet event near our house last night. He will be chucking in a gammon joint in the slow cooker. I intend watching a few episodes of our box set tonight with DH and DS.

I am currently laying in bed, I am 15 weeks pregnant and still feeling absolutely rubbish. I need to get up and put head lice lotion on DD2 hair 🤬, have a little tidy up and get ready as hoping to go for a walk later to the Newforest to get some chestnuts.

DD1 stayed at her boyfriends last night.
DD2 is in DD1 room on the laptop
DS1 is in his room watching his iPad.
DH has gone to the gym and I am jealous because I haven't had the energy to to for weeks now.

I'm not sure what to do today. It's just me with the two DC's today (1&2). Didn't sleep great and feel like I'm getting a cold, wish I could just go back to bed to be honest.

It’s my Godson’s birthday so I am taking him shopping this afternoon
