Recommend me something to watch on telly tonight

I've got a couple of nights alone as DH/DC are away so I want to have some v early nights watching telly in bed.

I have Netflix and Prime and love crime stories, quirky foreign films, good comedies not shit ones, literary stuff and good rom cons ( there aren't many).

Love the Staircase, Making a Murderer, Le Grand Bleu, Friday Night Dinners, Parks & Recreation, that sort of stuff.

Can you recommend anything good you've seen recently?

'This Country' on iPlayer was a recent discovery.
(2 series, 14 episodes, so should keep you going!).

I second Modern Love on Prime. I have watched 5 so far and enjoying them. The third one is excellent.

I've just started watching Bosch on Prime and I'm really enjoying it

Modern Love was so good I binged it in 2 sittings

I would second Bonus Family on Netflix - absolutely loved it.

If still available then Summer of Rockets on iPlayer or get started on World on Fire on iPlayer (still running on BBC1 on Sundays).

I’m making a note to watch the new Sarah Lancashire thing on channel 4 at 9pm I think - Th Accident.

I've started watching World on fire, I like it.
Netflix I just finished watching Colony, a bit of cheesy SciFi but I enjoyed it. My cousin told me to look for Money Heist on Netflix but I havn't done yet.

We've just finished the third season of True Detectives on Prime which was excellent. The first one was brilliant as well, the second not as good but very watchable.
Also really enjoyed Goliath on Prime.
