This will probably bring people out the woodwork to say they hate so and so celebrity but who are the ones that you never really hear a bad word said about them? My nomination is: Dolly Parton.

from 1st hand knowledge - Steve Redgrave is very pleasant and Neil 'Dr' Fox is a seriously nasty piece of work. Pity the mud didn't stick there.

I now dislike Dec for continuing to associate with Drunk. Alcoholism is an illness, drink driving is a choice. The guy should be long gone from all telly.

Grimbles · 22/10/2019 16:20

Sharron Davies

GabsAlot · 22/10/2019 18:06

Ah i forgot bradley walsh wa slovely when my dh met him at work-asked how everyone was and took an interest in a break in filming

PaulHollywoodsSexGut · 22/10/2019 18:07

Oh god I cannot BEAR her @stopwindingeachotherup

She’s the worst radio host ever

DotForShort · 22/10/2019 18:26

I cannot stand Tom Hanks as an actor. No idea what he is like as a person (obviously). But I truly loathe his acting. He is in a film about Mister Rogers, a beloved children's TV presenter in the US. There is no way I will ever watch that film. Tom Hanks as Mister Rogers? Sacrilege!

has anyone mentioned The Rock aka Dwayne Johnson? I assume so as I've never ever heard a single bad word about him.

Bluerussian · 22/10/2019 19:00

Oh yes, Dwayne Johnson is lovely.

GabsAlot · 22/10/2019 19:49

Cant disagree mor dot fine if you dont want him portraying a beloved person but he wasoutstanding in forrest gump

Trudij123 · 22/10/2019 20:08

I’m not a massive fan of Liza Tarbuck’s acting things, but I don’t mind her on the radio and having been on a tv show she did, she is absolutely lovely. Huey Morgan is a total ⚓️er though.

Riddikulusness · 22/10/2019 20:37

Paul Rudd
I obviously don’t know him personally but he comes across really well in interviews. Very friendly and charming -not to mention bloody handsome!

CinnamonMentos · 22/10/2019 20:48

Chris Pratt did seem nice and funny but I saw an article a while back where he was opposing gay marriage and was a member of a very anti-LGBT church. I think it was Ellen Page who spoke out against him. Put me off him after that

CinnamonMentos · 22/10/2019 20:50

Oh, and I’ve met the Rock, and other wwe wrestlers, several times. I worked events for the O2 Arena so met many celebs. The Rock is honestLy, one of the nicest, most charming, people you will ever meet. Makes everyone he speaks to feel special.

Disfordarkchocolate · 22/10/2019 20:56

This thread is not helping my 'Rock' obsession Blush

PaulHollywoodsSexGut · 22/10/2019 21:13

Oh I absolutely LOVE the Rock from way before Moana to back in the days where you were invited to smell what he was cookin’

[sighs wistfully]

Dear User1467536289 thank you for your support re: the lovely & talented Dolly Parton.

And yet still, no-one else has mentioned Richard E Grant! Or Moira Stuart! What is wrong with you people?

PS/ Celestine70, Brian Cox? Are you crazy? Talk about a man up his own arse!

cms1972 · 22/10/2019 23:18

Also I agree, Tom Cruise works incredibly hard at being liked and yet strangely, nobody really likes him. Weird.

cms1972 · 22/10/2019 23:20

He's a midget scientologist who sends cake to complete strangers, so maybe not that weird though.

Thehagonthehill · 22/10/2019 23:28

Victoria Wood.
Yes to Richard E Grant.

Thehagonthehill · 22/10/2019 23:32

I have an irrational dislike of the plastic Holly Willoby, haven't watched breakfast telly since she's been on so perhaps she did me a favour.

BritishHorrorStory · 22/10/2019 23:37

Both of those have been mentioned! Smile
