I've only ever heard it as Rozalee.

Roz a lee,with lee like the last syllable in happily/ stupidly etc

I'd say it ROH-sa-lee but never met one in real life.

ROw-za-lee. I knew someone with the name a few years ago.

Why do you ask OP? I’m biased too as it’s my daughters name. (Love the thin lizzy link! That’s not why I chose it at all!!!) but my in laws say row-sa-Lee. Which I hate. I got the questions about how to pronounce it like it’s Ali on the end!
