I have an outbuilding

According to the Hermes driver who delivered my John Lewis package this afternoon, I have an outbuilding!

Think my ship's come in and my house value must have dramatically increased. Anyone care to guess what qualifies as an outbuilding these days?

I had a company recently offer me the chance to redirect/change delivery date if I wasn't going to be in. So I followed their link and redirected to our nice neighbours. Delivery company texted to say it was delivered to letterbox... By which they meant left in full view on step. Fortunately nice neighbours spotted and took it in.

Royal mail will still take your parcel away if you're not in and you can arrange redelivery or collect. But I guess they are too expensive for free delivery options...

Don't think my outbuilding add to the value of my property although the chickens like them (but Guard Chicken would eat any Hermes man or woman daring to cross her threshold)

Well at least they are actual outbuildings! Not just a drain with a pipe running into it....

Local shops cottoning onto the need of a safe space to store a parcel - DPD drop off and click and collect for example - are a game changer in all this bloody crap service!
