Can you help me think of a pun?

I need a title for an ecg theme cross stitch. So far the best I have is “you make my heart skip a stitch”.

Please help me think of something good involving hearts / cardiology / medicine and sewing / embroidery!

Sorry, posted this then went out for the evening!

Some really great ideas to choose from here, but would still love to see some more.

The cross stitch is for an assignment for university looking at art and medicine.
