Can you help me think of a pun?

I need a title for an ecg theme cross stitch. So far the best I have is “you make my heart skip a stitch”.

Please help me think of something good involving hearts / cardiology / medicine and sewing / embroidery!

I like your idea about skipping a stitch, but it might be a bit long for a title?

Actually, I'd probably format it as:

You could go for a pun around the isoelectric line of an ECG to turn into the Isewelectric?
