  1. Northern Soul dancing (nope, no idea, except I can't do it)
  2. Mirror glaze cake decorating (like mindfulness - but with icing!)
  3. The Voice/La Belle Voix: France - blind auditions (so so moody)
  4. Sharon Ann Anti-aging (I love her, I believe her)
  5. X Factor/The Voice Australia auditions (just quality)
  6. Women's gymnastics (I'm the most unbendy person ever)
  7. Women's gymnastic epic falls (I'm also menopausal)
  8. Christian the Lion with the Aerosmith song (sometimes you just need a big cat and a big cry - I have to ration this)
  9. Ferries in stormy seas (really, there's something wrong with me)
10. Dr Sandra Lee (if you don't know, I'm not explaining)

Oh and I do love a shopping haul 😊

BertieBotts · 06/09/2019 07:59

I find ASMR stressful/irritating as well - it makes my skin crawl.

I live in Germany and I like those comparison life in UK/US/Germany ones. No other countries though for some reason.
Dog training Zack George - I don't have a dog Confused Blush - in my defence this started when we were planning to get one.
Miniature cooking - though less so recently, as they have added jump cuts which annoys the crap out of me.
Car seat crash tests.

BoswellsBollocks · 06/09/2019 08:17

Americans trying British food and learning british slang videos are good too.

cantfindname · 06/09/2019 08:22

Bob Ross (Canadian painter, now sadly dead)
Italian Grandma cooking
Meat Loaf (only when the neighbours are out!)
Pentatonix
Flash mobs
X Factor favourites

DameXanaduBramble · 06/09/2019 08:25

Not everyone can appreciate ASMR. You have the ‘gene’ that gets it, or you don’t. If you do then it’s utterly amazing.

Nicolastuffedone · 06/09/2019 08:56

True crime
Charity shop ‘hauls’
Poundland ‘hauls’ (no-one just buys stuff!)
Old comedies
Cooking

Planterina. A mad woman who hoards houseplants and talks at length about them.

And tiny homes.

Chattycatty I absolutely love that one and also enjoy singing along. I never know whether I prefer pretending to be Kirstin, Jeremy or various members of Voctave so just watch/listen on repeat, swapping parts. Blush

cantfindname I love PTX. Star

I also enjoy watching anything Eurovision-related, Russian hardbass, jumpstyle dance videos, people slipping on ice, vocal coaches reacting to performances/videos and Sinterklaas bloopers.

Glitterpearl · 06/09/2019 12:25

I spend too much time on YouTube. I hate to think how productive I would be if it didn't exist.

I watch loads of family/mummy vloggers, but I get annoyed easily so there are only a few that I have been able to tolerate for a long time.

OurFamilyNest
A Country Life
This Gathered Nest
YouMeAndThe6C's (UK vlog, their family is lovely and I think Kelly is is a mumsnetter too)
TheStaufferLife (I go back and forward on them, Myka can be a bit crazy but she seems to have settled a bit since her recent birth)
Jamerill Stewart (I can't get on board with the Jesusness, but there is something so watchable about her and I find her so interesting.)
Kisha Jaggers (The drama, oh the drama.)
CharlotteLouiseTaylor (Everything is very twee with Charlotte, but she is a great mum and her vlogs are always visually pleasing )
Kinging-it (Travel vloggers from wales who have just done up a bus and are travelling round Europe in it. They are a right laugh and don't take themselves too seriously!)

More recently I have been into watching homestead vlogs, where people buy land and aim to be sustained by it by growing/rearing their own food.

I also like watching houseflips/renovations.

Love ASMR - Gentlewhispering, WhispersRed, ZeitgeistASMR, GibiASMR, ASMRglow, and also used to love ASMRdarling but she doesn't post so much anymore and I don't like roleplays which she was mainly doing. I really rate LuneInnate too, though ASMR isn't the main focus of her channel.

I also can lose hours watching trailers for films, and those React videos where teens/old people/whatever have to try and guess songs/movies/whatever.

I think I might actually have a problem. :o

Katinski · 06/09/2019 12:46

I don't watch any Real
Housewives but I like to catch up with Jill-informed for her recaps. She's great! Saw one this morning, think it was Orange County and now I know what 'train' means Shock
Pass me the brain bleach,someone!

NigesFakeWalkingStick · 06/09/2019 13:08

Kernowgal · 06/09/2019 17:00

Mountain coasters
Pasta grannies
Live airports (with added flight radar to see who's who)
Other live feeds, especially cities I've been to
Loads of other stuff.

BigStripeyBastard · 06/09/2019 17:58

Lisa Eldridge (make up, pure class)
Caroline Hirons (skin care)
John Maclean (make up, male who identifies as male but presents as feminine but also 'exists as an immortal being'.... he is fabulous and beautiful and I love him)
Top Tenz
List 25
101 facts about.....
Phoenician Sailor (ASMR but mostly talky ASMR role play type, bit weird)
Ephemeral Rift (as above but really weird and hilariously funny)
WhispersRed (beautiful, maternal, calming, wonderful human who cannot fail to make me happy)
Bob Ross (painter, happy little accidents, occasional squirrel in pocket 😆)
Cats Being Arseholes

WeCameToDance · 06/09/2019 17:59

Air crash simulations where they explain what went wrong. I think it's called the flight channel.
Kitchen appliance guides like how to use a breadmaker. I do not own a breadmaker.
A plumbing channel as my children keep insisting on pulling the radiator thermostat off and I can never remember how to get it back on again despite watching the damn thing at least 10 times.
Charlotte Tilbury make up tutorials.
73 questions on Vogue Blush
Every live performance going by whatever band is the flavour of the day. Today it's Bon Iver and Cage the Elephant. Yesterday it was Taylor Swift. Tomorrow feels like it's going to be a Frank Turner kind of day.
Certain bloggers/vloggers. I really like Sammi Jefcoate at the minute.

Ill probably think of more. Ill leave it there for now...
