Calais Hypermarket - what to buy?

I don't really drink Smile

Going to be popping quickly (I know) into hypermarket before getting le Shuttle tomorrow.

I'm avoiding wheat, don't really drink. Can do cheese. Would like some healthy French stuff, possibly skin care, and hair care. I'm clueless.

What should I buy?

@scaryteacher Carrefour in France is way better than Carrefour in Belgium. Food shopping in Belgium is boring as hell.

Tell me about it Jings...I wandered round a Waitrose at the weekend when I was back in UK mentally denuding the shelves.

Roll on October when I can really go to Waitrose and buy stuff to take home, as I will be back in the UK for good. I will also be able to go to the butchers and buy a proper pork chop and a roasting joint of beef, and a chicken of a reasonable size that doesn't cost me the earth. There will be spuds that taste of something, and I will be able to buy baking potatoes and bramleys.

13 years of food shopping in Belgium - I know it's boring.
