Need some brain storming on an effective company name please

My company is currently call Equine Assisted Training. Which is exactly what it does - communication, leadership and team building training courses using our horses as the trainers (they are brilliant at giving non-judgement, in the moment feedback, and if you can persuade a 500kg horse that you are an effective leader you should be able to do the same with a person!).

Problem is that people automatically assume that it's a riding or horsemanship business rather than a people business and it's a bit...dry.

Buzz words are;

Pure
Insights
Mindful
Enlightenment
Personal growth
Awareness
Listening
Natural

There's a fabulous website called `Leaders by Nature' which is the kind of thing I'm aiming for but I'm going cross eyed staring at a whiteboard and need some help!!

Maybe what you need is a catchy brand name plus a strapline?

Such as Horse Sense: Business Training something something Nature.

Would be better not to have horses in the company name as lots of people are scared of them - but when they've done the training they can't stop hugging and kissing them (even the men!).
