Need some brain storming on an effective company name please

My company is currently call Equine Assisted Training. Which is exactly what it does - communication, leadership and team building training courses using our horses as the trainers (they are brilliant at giving non-judgement, in the moment feedback, and if you can persuade a 500kg horse that you are an effective leader you should be able to do the same with a person!).

Problem is that people automatically assume that it's a riding or horsemanship business rather than a people business and it's a bit...dry.

There's a fabulous website called `Leaders by Nature' which is the kind of thing I'm aiming for but I'm going cross eyed staring at a whiteboard and need some help!!

I think Trojan is problematic because it implies a suggestion of one thing while delivering something unwanted at the last minute.

Some great suggestions here though and I love the sound of the training! Genius idea

Would prefer NOT to have horse or equine in the title as per reasons in the initial post.

Leading Rein

The thing is, surely your USP is the horse aspect, so surely it's important to highlight that? If not, you could have any old name that describes a people training operation and put the horse stuff in the blurb.

How about Leading to Leadership? No mention of horses, although there is a horsey pun tucked away.
