Why do I have 59 coupons to save up to £279.60 but I don’t want to use any of them.

Yeah, I’m with you on this. So many good things about Ocado, but their vouchers definitely isn’t one of them.

Also, their vouchers often just bring the prices down to what you can buy those products for in other supermarkets anyway.

I like the price match for Ocado and I do tend to spend less money than if I wondered round a supermarket

I used one recently (mini Magnums) and was gobsmacked as I’d long since given up on ever using them.

Occasionally they do nice freebies. I got some free chicken breasts in Katsu sauce the other day which were delicious.

I’m not sure I’ll bother renewing my Ocado pass though (I got 12 months free). If I have to pay for a delivery pass, I might go back to Sainsbury’s.

they will merge with m&s in september so they wont be selling waitrose products which is a shame. i dont think there can be many equivalent products of waitrose products in m&s.

Why do they never send me free whisky?

I got a free £22 bottle of champagne when we first joined. My parents got a £18 box of chocolates.

I've had champagne and 45 pounds total off 1st 4 orders but my coupons are still shit!

I had a coupon for £1.20 off a 6 pack of Moretti which I buy regularly. Ordered 2 but the discount only applied to one. Not happy.

I get an annual pass but I've already decided I'm not renewing. To expensive to use every week.

I'm not really happy with changing Waitrose to M & S

I’ve used the vouchers for a couple of things I was already buying but generally they aren’t great.

I’ve had a pass for years and I get fuck all freebies...now I think about it, I haven’t had my Ocado-versary for this year. I’m pretty sure they are still doing it.

I’m also not impressed with the move from Waitrose to M&S I think I’ll stop deliveries then. I drive past an M&S food everyday and never stop.

I can’t wait for them to change to m and s! Raspberry yum yums delivered to the door, what’s not to like.

Agree the coupons are shit. Although I’m apparently getting a free litre of gazpacho on Friday so that’ll be interesting.

I’m another who is very unhappy about the Waitrose to M&S move. M&S just gets worse and worse

M&S is terrible for using unrecyclable black plastic galore. Real shame they're ditching Waitrose.

I probably won't use them again once they swap over.

And yup, the vouchers are not useful.

Yes vouchers are odd, and not even user-friendly : takes about five minutes to scroll down to see if any of them are good (given up now to do this any longer) 🙄

I buy about 2 things occasionally from m&s, but love Ocado -prompt delivery, world food selection, freebies and customer service in general, but waitrose as well. Tough choice once they switch to marks.

I agree the vouchers are generally useless.

To get your delivery pass down to £6.99 you just need to ring them and say you want to cancel and they offer you a reduction.

I'm going back to Sainsbury's when they switch to M&S food, it's def gone down in quality and too pricey. At least Waitrose do a value range.

I've been loyal to Ocado for years & don't get any decent freebies. All the Star Reviewer freebies are generally crap I don't want too so I don't bother.

salty78 ive not tried Sainsbury’s delivery but it’s where I used to shop before Ocado. I might try it when Ocado go M&S
