My 10 year old has just come to me with his phone...
He's had several missed calls and one he just declined.
I phoned.
It was virgin media!
His sim is in MY name and I pay for it.
Are they breaching some law,here!???
I'm really cross

My phone is in my partner's name. It was an old number of his and I had just moved to the UK and never changed. EE are still ringing sometimes to get in touch with him if he's not answering his own number or to try and get a new contract set up when I'm due. Because they are in his name. They are looking for him.
Just like they're looking for you on your son's phone. They haven't suddenly decided a little chat with a 10 yo would make their day.

They will have no idea about that. I get calls on my phone although the account holder isn’t me. They don’t know who physically has the phone.
