All inclusive holiday

I feel like I’ve exhausted my search and I’m being incredibly fussy. Can anyone recommend any decent all inclusive holidays in Europe for the summer? Ideally with a separate bedroom instead of one big room. Somewhere where I don’t need to fight for sun beds preferably! Thanks.

We've gone for a swim up room this year, it does bump up the price but you avoid the sun-bed race and that spoils a holiday for me.
