What small changes have you made to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing?

I'm overweight, drink too much and don't eat properly during the day so end up snacking at night.

I work full time, but erratic hours and being a very routine person I find it difficult to achieve things regularly. I also waste a lot of my free time through procrastination and lack of motivation.

So I'm looking to make small changes to improve my physical and emotional wellbeing.

I plan to start walking more, and looking forward to the weather improving. I'm also trying to get more organised with healthy food to take to work. I am also going to buy myself a bunch of flowers each week and try to read more.

What little changes have you made?

I know this is a zombie thread, but I started it a year ago and received so much inspiration, that I thought it might be timely to resurrect. We could all do with a little self care in current times.

I Agree it would be great to resurrect. So uplifting with some fantastic ideas.

My changes include working pt rather than ft and studying something I has always wanted to.
Walk at least 30 mins daily. Taught myself to crochet.

I'd like to:

Try yoga, go low carb reduce alcohol to weekend only, try and live in the present and not give so many f...
Now where to start! So grateful for good coffee!

I gave alcohol for Dry January this year and I’m still going. Yoga in the morning sets me up for the day. I do yoga with Adriene and she has something for all moods and occasions.

Just discovered this thread, thanks for resurrecting!
I'm really struggling at the moment, newly out of work, wedding cancelled, realising that applying my standards and expectations to my friendships is unrealistic.

So, miss my weekly yoga class, will be checking out Yoga with Adriene.
Get out of the house to walk, every day.
I have already cut out some FB friends who were not bringing me value.
