My iPhone se is 2.5 years old. Dd is year 6 so she's having it and I'll upgrade to either a 7 or another se (I really like the size). I have an iPhone 4 for work which I've had for 4.5 years and that still works well despite being dropped a few times. Dh also has a 5 year old iPhone. Before this I had a Samsung that had to be sent away twice to be fixed within the first 2 years. It was fixed for free under warranty but a week after the contract ended it refused to turn on. That's why I'm sticking with iPhone but not top of the range.

iPhones do not break after a year. I’m on my 3rd. I never get the “newest”, so I’m on an SE.

My eldest has my 2.5 year old iPhone- works great.

2nd child has my 4.5 year old iPhone, which was used by me, then eldest son, so in constant use. Still going strong!

Not all the kids in yr 7 have iphones at dc's school. Quite a few have samsung, sony or moto.
One girl had an iphone in yr 6 now has a moto.
My yr 7 has moto and happy with it.

Love my Huawei pro 20.
Previously had iphones.
Would not go back.

Samsung. IPhone overpriced, shorter battery life & worse camera. Speaking from experience as have both. IPhone is works.
DS yr10 lots of his friends have moved away from iPhone whereas was the cool one a couple of years ago.

I've had every phone known to man and was an iPhone devotee for a long time. Changed to Huawei P9 a couple of years ago (work phone) then to a P20 a few weeks back. I wouldn't go back to another phone, I think they're hands down the best and will not be changing back while they are as good as they are.
