@prettybird, I've definitely not drank enough water either. Everything else, but not water. My wee looks like orange juice. 😫 I've weighed myself looking at the scales through squinted eyes. Only 2lbs up on my target weight but I feel bloated. Looking forward to getting back on the wagon.

Does anyone know if Joe Wicks plans are low carb enough to join in? I’ve just started, with his books, and there are some carb-based meals (usually after a workout). Would I have to discard his plan if I joined in?

Yes I'm afraid you would.

When you're fat-adapted, which means your body is burning fat rather than carbs for fuel (and which should happen in around 2 weeks), then you really won't need carbs for energy - either before or after a meal. Your body will have plenty of its own fuel to use, in the form of fat.

(Oh, and even endurance athletes have enough of their own body fat for this!)

That said, I'm not familiar with any of his books or recipes, but I'm sure some of them will be lower in carbs, or could be adapted to be.

I’m five pounds up @justmuddlin from the end of last boot camp but it’s actually worse than that as I was so uncommitted to that boot camp that I finished it heavier than when I started. So it’s more like 9! I’m back on it today and hoping to get rid of most of that before boot camp proper stops.

Does anyone remember the names of the vitamins / supplements to use, to stop muscle cramps from drinking so much water?

Wheely - you need magnesium - in tablets (there's one type that is supposedly more easily absorbed but I have the more commonly available other form) and/or bath/Epsom salts (have a nice relaxing bath and let it absorb through your skin) and potassium (buy some Lo-Salt). I have every second or third glass if water with a couple of shakes of Lo-Salt and a squoosh of lemon juice.

Hi everyone. Can I still join please?
I was on a keto diet and started to do really well but the last 3 weeks have been terrible in terms of diet and so desperately need to get back the motivation I had.
I need to lose weight to help with infertility issues.
