@bringbacksummer99 Yes of course! Being on the spreadsheet isn't mandatory.

Also, though, (for anyone else wondering) you can be on the spreadsheet without disclosing your actual weight. Instead, you can index it - meaning that your starting weight is 100, and for every pound you lose, you take away one. So if you lose 4lbs in the first week, your next weigh-in would be 96.

@RevokeRemainReform yes, there are Bootcamp rules specially for veggies. It's harder than if you're a meat/fish eater, because vegetables all contain carbs - but it's doable. Much less so if you're lazy though!

Rose Elliot has written a low carb vegetarian diet, and her recipe book is great. There's also a vegetarian recipe thread in the Bootcamp topic that's worth you having a look at.

If you can't c+p on your phone, you may have problems accessing/using the spreadsheet!

You'll need an app for Google Docs if you're accessing Bootcamp on your phone.

Count me in! I put on 7lbs over cjristmas, but have lost 4lbs of that since then, so hopefully back to the weight I was at the end of the last bootcamp when I re-start.

Thanks BIWI, I'm really looking orward to it to get me going again!

I'm in. Low carbed last year to some success. I also now own my own scales so weighing will be much easier.

Had great success a few years ago with low carb. But when I tried it again not so much . . . then looking back I realised that the first time I had given up BF at the same time, that explained why half a stone dropped off so fast when my low-carbing was pretty half-hearted!

For all those of you saying you're on your phone and can't copy, if you have an iPhone you absolutely can!

Place your finger at the start of the list and hold down, then you'll get a little blue box pop up, with a black bar that says 'copy. look up. share'

The blue box has two dots at the top left and bottom right hand corner. You drag the bottom one to the end of the list, and then click on 'copy'.

Then hit reply, to post the list again, and in the message box, again press your finger down, and the black box that pops up will say 'paste'. Click on that, and hey presto!
