Does anyone have an Eve mattress or similar?

What’s it like? We bought a new decent sprung (poss orthopaedic, I can’t remember) two years ago, and despite DH claiming our previous one was too soft and the fact I could probably sleep on a central reservation if needs be, we’ve come to the conclusion this new one is giving us both a bit of a battering.

We’re quite tempted by Eve and the like, in no small part because the reviews are great and they’ll take the bloody thing away if it doesn’t suit. Any first-hand experiences here most welcome!

Simba and love it. The only draw back is I do find it a bit hot but I've put a cotton topper on which helps

I have a Simba and it's one of the greatest things I've ever bought. I have bad hip and knee joint problems and it's made such a difference to my comfort levels.

We have a Casper, but it only arrived yesterday, so I can only comment on one night's experience! So far so good. It's softer than what I've previously gone for, but this morning is the first in a loooong time that I haven't woken up with a very stiff back. :)

We have an otty and it’s lush. Very firm though. It came with two pillows which took a bit of getting used to but now I love them

I have an Otty and sadly I’m not overwhelmed by it. I wish I had sent it back during the 100 day thingy but I didn’t. My DP isn’t particularly enamoured with it either. I did a lot of research on the different ones and ended up going for this due to the brilliant reviews. We had such a comfortable mattress last time round that it might be that nothing will compare to that! Otty is quite firm, too firm for me. It’s not horrible and not so bad that I will change it any time soon. Mainly because I’ve just paid it off! I seem to be in the absolute minority as all the reviews are brilliant. Customer service was very good and delivery was quick. However it is HEAVY. Very VERY heavy. I am dreading moving because it’s difficult enough just moving it a few cm’s.

I found my mates almost impossible to move. It's got no handles and is incredibly heavy. I'd never buy a mates in s box again. Wish I'd bought the SiMBA though. As you can try it out in JL.
