Dh is out, the DC's are currently eating sandwiches and I will probably end up having the same as I always do in this situation....veggie stir fry. Or I might go fancy and make fried rice.

PollyFlinderz · 17/11/2018 18:00

I had a once a year treat of homemade chips, beans, and two slices of sourdough bread with butter.

It wasn’t as good as I remembered but it was a sure sign my eating habits have drastically changed for the better

Jeffacake · 17/11/2018 18:01

Dominos I think.

Ringaling9 · 17/11/2018 18:02

gammon steak, 2 dry fried eggs and probably some peas. Exciting times

Ichbinstoltz · 17/11/2018 18:05

Chicken and broccoli pie for the family. I will be having a glass of wine and maybe a cup of tea later as I ate too much at lunchtime (homemade naan with cheese and pesto: Odd but yummy) so haven't got room. But that's okay because I don't like pie.

NotUmbongoUnchained · 17/11/2018 18:06

Chicken, prawn and chorizo spaghetti cooked in garlic and white wine. Kids fave and it’s only takes 10 minutes to cook!

LadyFlumpalot · 17/11/2018 18:10

I was... I was having a lovely pasta bake with added veg and chicken. Took it out of the oven to stir it round and promptly dropped it on the tiled floor and it smashed.

The kids are tucking into beans and cheese on toast and I'm drowning my sorrows in a bowl of super noodles now :(

weegiemum · 17/11/2018 18:11

TheFaerieQueene · 17/11/2018 18:13

I’ve made a Thai curry and serving with tahdig (Persian rice). It is a fusion, but works v well together.

LumpSatAloneInABoggyMarsh · 17/11/2018 18:14

I've had supernoodles.

I have a big infection in my mouth and yesterday lived on coffee and chocolate milk. Today I could just about manage something firmer!
