How often do you pee?

I’m not a pee troll.....

I know I pee more than the average person, but I think it may be waaaay more than average.

Tomorrow I’m going to actually count how often I go, but in the 2.5 hours since DH has been home I think I’ve gone 5 times...

When I'm teaching, I can go once in the morning at 7:30 before I get to school, and don't need to go again til 6-7pm when I get home.

When I'm at home, probably once an hour.

Depends how much tea I've had. More tea = more wee as the caffeine isn't good for my bladder! Hence why I can go for hours at work where I only drink water, to minutes at home where DH makes copious amounts of tea!

I very rarely drink the recommended (I think?) 2 litres. I drink cans of fizzy stuff BUT I find I go more when I just drink water or squash.

Sometimes feel like I’m imitating a waterfall, sometimes there’s not much at all.

I generally only need to go during the night if I’ve been woken looking at toddler but the urge does sometimes wake me.

Depends on how much water I drink. My IBS and anxiety also increase it when they are flaring up. I'd say between 6 - 10 times a day. Sometimes wake up in the middle of the night to pee, sometimes don't.

Too many times to count, I'm terrible.

I do have IC though so that's probably a large contributing factor. I'm on tablets now called Oxybutin and can now actually have a full nights sleep! Marvellous things!

Every 2 hours by the clock - I have nerve damage and don't always know I need to go until it's (almost) too late. I have an alarm on my phone.

My bladder isn't great I was going to have the mesh operation but was put off by everything in the news.
I go as soon as I get up 7ish then again before I leave for work (as a 1:1ta) about 8.15ish then again when I get to work at 9, then again at break time at 10.45 then again when I go for lunch at 12.30 then again at 1.30 before I go back to class then again at break at 2.30 quite often at 3.45 before I leave work or as soon as I get home, then probably 2-4 times between 4pm and 10pm ish when I go to bed, usually once during the night. I get panicky if we have a school trip and I don't know when I'm be able to go.
It gets me down.

Probably about 6-8 times a day? I was taught from a young age to always pee before going somewhere and always do that even if I wouldn't otherwise at that time. A lot of the timings are habitual rather than "needs"-based in fact, for example always before having a shower and last thing before bed.

Damaged nerves in the bladder due to excessive urine retention here.....
I don't feel an urgent need to go if my bladder is very full, but do when it's emptier, so probably about 20 plus times a day.

I drink 2 litres a day but I hardly need to go. I can hold it hours on end and I just don’t feel the urge. Problem is though I get awful kidney infections from it. I annoy myself. 😂

Pre op I couldn’t finish a cup of tea and I was limiting drinks if I knew I couldn’t go whilst out - like long train journeys. Now I am probably average 6 times a day. It is amazing. Almost worth the ectopic.

I pee when I wake in the morning and when I go to bed. I can probably count on one hand the times in the last 6 months I've had to use a public toilet but it's always always always when I drink tea. Caffeine is a bladder irritant and I need to pee within 10 minutes of having a cup.

Not in anyway proud of the lack of toileting, I dont suffer from headaches and rarely if ever feel thirsty so I am constantly dehydrated as I completely forget to drink anything. Just put baby to bed tonight and realised I hadn't drank anything since the previous night at 10pm.

Not that often really, when I get up, late morning/lunchtime, late afternoon/when I get home, maybe but not always once in the evening and then just before bed. Reckon I get up in the night once a fortnight or so. I've always been the same!

If I'm at home hardly ever.

If I'm out and about where there are no toilets, every hour. It has ruined so many trips out for me and is the reason I NEVER drink at all when out if I can help it.

I do have an overactive bladder and urge incontinence though.

I had done 5 times by 9.30. then it eased off a bit. someone turned the tap on on monday and it has not really gone off. tonight I am murderous. I am dropping things and knocking htings over... guess which time of the month is coming up?

On work days 3 times when I wake up, when I get home from work and before I go to bed. Usually a couple more times at the weekend as I drink more fluids and get a break!

Reading this thread meant I had to go up and go again I think it's every hour or so at work, then a couple of times in the evening and then I have to go just before bed or I can't get to sleep. I am going to keep a count tomorrow.

Around 5 times a day. I have always maintained that my night time wees increase in frequency the further away I am from a loo.
Camping? I could go 6 times per night.
Room with no ensuite? Around 3 times after turning in.
Ensuite? I can go to bed at 10 and sleep through til 7am. I may research this phenomenon one day...

Key in door syndrome - at last a name for it. I’ve found my people.

All the time. I’m sure it’s psychological. If I’m away from my normal routine not so much but at home if about to do something I need to pee first. If I’m out running I’m usually drenched by the time I come back and that’s wearing a pad. But other times it’s ok. Am convinced it’s hormonal and dependent on time of month. As I’m perimenomausal that is a lottery. It’s shite.

When I get to work pee
Every 2-3 hours pee
Beginning of lunch pee
End of lunch pee
Maybe every 90mins
Get home pee
Every few hours pee
Pre-shower pee
4 pees before going to sleep (always worried I'll wake in the night.

I drink a lot of tea/coffee/water/coke though...
