Can this please be a pleasant thread? If you don't give a toss then please move on. I'm interested to see what sort of dress she wears. I'd love to see her in something that really reflects her character & I'm hoping for something with a bit of detail & not too plain.

Also, I think the colours will be peach for the attendants. A bit of an 80s feel to it all!

I'm wondering now whether the sleeves will be like my possibly inaccurate memory of Princess Anne's? Long and a bit of fullness with buttons tight to the wrist?

I'd really love it if she pushed the envelope a bit and went for something with character. They've just said on tv that it'll likely be a backless dress - something about honouring the work the surgeons did to correct her spine? Might be a bit chilly though....

I'd love her to wear something with a lace bodice and high neck, low back. Really pretty and elegant. Would be nice to do away with long sleeves as Kate and Meghan both did sleeves.

I am hoping to watch, partly as its our WA and mainly to see the dress and the bridesmaids. Hoping her bouquet and the bridesmaids dresses reflect the autumnal season.

We were married 22yrs ago today, my bridesmaids were deep burgundy and my bouquet had lots of autumn colours in it. I will also never forget the autumnal colours captured in some photos, on a creeper on my garage and in the hotel garden. We had a lovely day weather wise and for start of honeymoon in Yorks Dales.

We were supposed to go back to the Dales in our caravan this weekend but the forecast is awful so staying home. I hope it at least stays dry for her.

Also, I do like Eugenie. She's held down a steady job for a few years and it can't be easy being so publicly bashed in the media all the time. And she's had to deal with all the comparisons in weddings to Meghan and Harry. Poor girl just wants her special day! She's the queen's granddaughter and is entitled to a bit of a fuss. I'll get off my soap box now Grin
