Do we all turn into our mothers?

DD18 is in the kitchen washing pots. I've just overheard her say to herself "where do all the knives go in this house? Oh shit, I'm turning into my mother!"

Well excuse me but she should be so lucky to turn into me 😆

As I get older I definitely channel my own DM more and more. Is it destiny?

Nb I'm aware that not all mums are lovely.

Much to my complete surprise it is happening to me in many ways! People tell me I look so like her (I take that are a huge compliment ... but I know I don't look as good, or dress as good as she did).
