I've been thinking about the name Courtney alot recently and it's kind of stuck with me, I've done a lot of research on the name and ways to spell it because I like the spelling 'Courtney' but it's way to common for me to use..

The only other spellings I can tolerate are.

Kourteney
Kourtnee
Courteney
Courtnee

I like the top two better but I'm not sure if they look abit to trashy..

Is Popie meant to be Poppy or Popey? I can't work it out! Grin

I'd pronounce it 'Popey' too. Did she consider Popiee at all?

OP is either a troll or common as shit.

I'm common as shit. I wouldn't do that to my child though. OP is clearly a troll. If not then it's nothing to do with class, it's intelligence she lacks.

We've decided on the spelling Kourtnee? We don't like the spelling Courtney, if we did we would of chosen that way!

That's nice, dear.

PotteringAlong · 13/12/2016 11:59

No. spell it Courtney. It's the most common spelling because that's the way you spell it...

SillyMoomin · 13/12/2016 12:09

Is your sister called Monica?! Confused

Rachal9 · 15/12/2016 10:19

That's why we aren't using it, out of all the people we know named Courtney spell it that way apart from my Cousin who Spells it Kortniee

Cherrysoup · 15/12/2016 22:32

As a pp said, Eastenders twang, it's the equivalent of Sharon or Donna Marie (also try Cheryl Cole-esque accent). Common, sorry. Unusual wrong spellings make it even more low end.

Beebeeeight · 15/12/2016 22:45

This should go in classics.

I haven't laughed so much since penis beaker.
