Blush

Yes I am that thick. There's another one Blush and he's old and doesn't play keyboards.

Now... Is Tinie Tempah actually tiny? Does Dizzee Rascal have trouble with vertigo? Does Rita Ora have a sister called Kia? A nation must be told.

freddiemisagreatshag · 12/02/2013 22:24

Oh yes I need to know did HE know there was another one?

Grin Blush I wouldn't dare, I think I have humiliated myself quite enough for one lifetime Blush

@dawntigga

I'd rather have Mary Beard than Mr Gia tbh.

Ok so he's not reading now, but bet he will when he next gets home.

BrianButterfield · 12/02/2013 22:26

Can someone tweet Doctor Fox's wife? I need her to clear some things up for me.

Beamur · 12/02/2013 22:26

My DD age 5 absolutely loves Prof. Brian Cox - she must have been watching the Wonders of the Universe on TV while DP and I neglected her and sat downstairs drinking wine and she ran in with her arms in the air and started saying it was 'amazing' and repeating all the bits she has just watched on TV.

MechanicalTheatre · 12/02/2013 22:27

Fierce I saw Tinie Tempah in the flesh once and almost died from lust and he was quite a normal height. In fact, he was relatively tall.

Suzieismyname · 12/02/2013 22:27

you can tell I did Maths in Manchester because every time someone says differentiate Professor Brian Cox I keep thinking they're going to slice him up into infinitessimally small pieces...
Sorry if that's too weird, Gia... Blush

@SoftKittyWarmKitty

That's right Olivia, strike while the Fe iron's hot Grin.

Thank you very much. We promise not let the MNers "atom" Grin Wink

Olivia that was months ago and she's had all that online abuse since then and has just got another 'healthy' bloody dollop of it today! I might be a lovely/great/wonderful idea to get a bunch of opinionated/strong/women to talk about the online abuse they get based on gender.

FrillyMilly · 12/02/2013 22:28

Perhaps they could do a joint web chat?

LineRunner · 12/02/2013 22:28

Imagine being the Disappointing Brian Cox at a dinner party and people not understanding why you can't talk engagingly about infinity.

FiercePanda · 12/02/2013 22:28

My DS asked us to get him got himself a (cheap) telescope with birthday/Christmas/lost tooth money after watching Stargazing Live. The geek pride seeps out of my every pore.

freddiemisagreatshag · 12/02/2013 22:29

Frilly -what, both Brian Cox-es? Grin

Hello Giagia
nice to see you here - though you've been amongst us before on Brian Cox threads, in disguise, no? Smile
Am a massive fan of your DH and was gutted in particular not to be able to get tickets to see him in conversation with the artist Mori as that would have been so interesting! But I must admit that when I see him zipping round the world filming on every continent i think of you missing him at home! I find it tedious enough when my DH goes away for just a couple of nights...

BrianButterfield · 12/02/2013 22:31

I volunteer my services for a Brian-y web chat if needed. Although I am not a professor, and my real name may or may not be Brian.

ProfessorMavisGrind · 12/02/2013 22:31

Line I dream of being the disappointing Brian Cox. However, I can talk for about infinity..

PickledInAPearTree · 12/02/2013 22:32

Heavens above!

Grin Brilliant.

NotGeoffVader · 12/02/2013 22:33

I'd love to see a webchat with GiaGia - have you read her blogs?! :)

3birthdaybunnies · 12/02/2013 22:34

Beamur am now imagining (Prof) Brian Cox presenting a rival programme to Nina and the Neurones, that could work actually. Could call it Brian and the atoms, or Cox and the Collider.

GiaGia · 12/02/2013 22:34

domesticslattern I remember a thread several years ago that I was told about on Twitter, but don't remember if I posted in it or not. I've not pretended to be anyone else in one though...

PickledInAPearTree · 12/02/2013 22:35

Prof Cox & the particles.

I said nice if not slightly creepy things about your husband gia. My partner is a bit of a fan of his.

dawntigga · 12/02/2013 22:36

BrianButterfield I don't follow either Neil Fox of his wife Vicky (not even sure Vicky has a twitter account) but I'm PRETTY sure this is his twitter account if you want to do it yourself.......

FrillyMilly · 12/02/2013 22:37

I think it would be far too confusing to have two Brian coxes on a webchat even with the Professor title to tell them apart!

I think it's quite unmumsnet to ask Gia to ask her husband to do a webchat especially when she is clearly a successful woman in her own right. I'm assuming MNHQ did not read the invisible wife article linked to up thread?
