Time for a new specialism, methinks!

Who was looking at the beard? But I agree, your photo is far better.

Bonne nuit a toutes
No blokes here, is a safe enough guess.

::Looks back at you::

Just wanted an excuse to indulge in some beard porn scrutiny. Have you seen this one?

Really going to bed now. Nighty night.

DumSpiroSpero · 20/02/2011 08:11

Love the press conference pic. Am rapidly restoring my 'gallery' to its former glory! Grin

OMG OMG OMG OMG

No don?t panic or get too excited, what follows is only OMG for a saddo like me who needs to get a life.

But last night I Dreamed a Dream.

I was in a medium-sized room, sitting at a desk in the middle of a row of other ladies, said desk being on a raised step, like the first row of a lecture theatre.

And in the well of the room there was a bunch of actors rehearsing. And of course you?ll never guess who was in the front row, the one furthest away from me.

I could quite clearly see the profile and hear the Voice, oh my, as he took instructions from the producer, laughing as he was asked if he was able to get into the role, and what he thought of his screen daughter who was to be called Bianca. ?Bianca? was in the row behind him and looked about 13, dark-haired with a short pixie cut. He was supposed to walk back past her and wipe her nose for her, which he did with an expression of ??ew??; which had the whole room laughing, including ?Bianca; And then he walked to the back of the room, past us ladies, and out and I remember trying to change my expression from a soppy grin to a look of cool intelligent interest so he wouldn?t know think he had a crazed loon staring at him.

Where does the subconscious dig up these things from? It wouldn?t even be my first choice to dream about The Man, I try to leave well enough alone. All the same I am sort of relieved that I didn?t actually disgrace myself and do something embarrassing Grin

TheSmallPrint · 20/02/2011 13:13

not sure he'll have much work to do to figure out your dreams though Massive! Grin

SupermassiveLBD · 20/02/2011 13:22

I suppose it's pretty straightforward, Small, but it's just the little touches that have me puzzled. There was a whole lot more which I didn't go into, as it wasn't connected with the Man directly. But it all made perfect sense and I can see it now as clearly as if it was a vidoe recording.

Oh, yes, he had a black shirt on. For a change Grin

DumSpiroSpero · 20/02/2011 14:22

So, net-a-porter.com are opening a new fashion website for men

ROFLMAO! Grin

Grin That is unbelievably hilarious, Spiro, shall we wrtie them an e mail and suggest they need a few photos on there?
DumSpiroSpero · 20/02/2011 14:34

OMG that photo is gorgeous (another one for the gallery) - have seen it before but was expecting JP.

If you think the above is hilarious, click on my profile to see the advertorial about it...

SupermassiveLBD · 20/02/2011 14:40

Net your Mr Porter, eh?
Don't mind if I do!

Do we have pics of JP all spruced up that we could let them have?

The faculty members could bombard them. They wouldn't know what had hit them!

DumSpiroSpero · 20/02/2011 14:51

If only it were that easy to net a Mr Porter!

It's very quiet on here today isn't it? I wasn't 100% first thing so am having a lazy one.

SupermassiveLBD · 20/02/2011 14:59

Everyone gone out on half-term outings perhaps. I still feel a bit rough so I am slumped on the sofa with the computer, doing some emails and looking at Twitter etc etc. Nothing exciting going on there though, eh?

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 20/02/2011 17:12

Hello Massive, we haven't been on a half-term outing today - did that yesterday, and we all exhausted ourselves in the process. My 4 yr old son climbed over three hundred steps only stopping twice and I had to keep up with him!!

Mr Porter!!! How strange!!

Lovely to read about your dream, Massive...I have never had one about him :(

Though I did have a rather strange one about the AA once.... better not say any more about that!

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 20/02/2011 17:14

Did you get my DM on Twitter, BTW?

SupermassiveLBD · 20/02/2011 17:39

Yes, I got your DM this afternoon,Phoenix, I have replied, so hope it came through.
But was the gist anyway Grin

What an energetic outing, Whose choice was that? Not my idea of fun, walking, well that's okay, but steps Shock

I was quite amazed about the dream, I am usually very unlucky in the ''dreams about my crushes'' department. So maybe yours will be along soon.

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 20/02/2011 17:45

Oh yes, sorry, must be thinking of Twigs

The whole outing was about "making history come alive" - by visiting places that my daughter has been learning about at school.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 20/02/2011 17:53

Evening all!

SupermassiveLBD · 20/02/2011 18:00

Hello there Maud, how's tricks?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 20/02/2011 18:08

Tricks is good, thank you. I spent the day on another art course. I must now knuckle down and do the ironing, but think I might get Mr Thornton to keep me company, as I was interrupted half-way through my important academic revision of the oeuvre.

SupermassiveLBD · 20/02/2011 18:53

All those floppy white shirts must be a pain to iron. But well woth the effort.

Perhaps net a porter can do a nen's vintage look section called Mr Thornton.
