Well here we are. I think I'm on tray 13and week 15 because I started with fortnightly changes at the beginning. I can tell you I've so got used to it. Using the app is really good 'cause it makes you remember to put them back in. I'm drinking coffee and most drink drinks with them in, but the orthodontist is really pleased with my progress.
Saw him this week and he said you can tell I'm wearing them the right amount of time because the tray is still fit really well.
Should finish on time in August

Also, I didn't realise that each week targets are particular tooth. Some people say they can feel it but I'm clueless and I can't. The last two weeks have been targeting the middle one which twists back really is the one that bothers me the most

Thank you for updating, I’m on try 5 now and in a daily routine of cleaning/eating etc, still hitting 22 hours wear a day, I don’t have an appointment with my orthodontist for a few weeks yet.

Have you seen your Clin-check plan on the Invisalign app? It shows which teeth are currently being targeted and how/when each tooth will move. It’s really interesting to see.

I’ve had several teeth out and according to the app most of my trays for the next several months are targeting the teeth at the sides and moving them backwards to make space to straighten the front crowded ones later, I can see the progress but it will be a while before cosmetically the ones that really bother me start moving.
