Yes you can block and/or report. Strangely, the men were generally very respectful! Maybe because I looked like the girl next door. There are actual porn stars on there too so if they wanted sex acts etc, i suppose they'd choose them!

To the PP who said about Universal Basic Income - I think it would help women not to feel they have no other choice than to go into this type of work if they don't want to.

Wouldn't say I ever liked it, but like you it took a while before I couldn't handle it anymore mentally. I most hated the feeling of my income / survival being dependent on my physical attractiveness and then when I got negative comments from cam clients I began to dislike my body. Also it completely killed my own sex drive or sexual self iyswim.

Exactly. This offered money that you could live on comfortably if you put in the hours.

I think a lot of them believed they could meet me! Once they started chatting about their lives, it became like a friendship/relationship....well to them anyway. There should be a Universal Basic Income, it's especially tough to attempt to survive on benefits if you don't have children. Pre COVID it was £75 a week, of which a little council tax has to also come out of that, sometimes rent needs topped up out of that too, and they take any debts out of that too. Also you get nothing for the first 5 weeks unless take out a loan which also reduces payments going forward.

It's no wonder some people turn to sex work in various forms.

Without going into the general rights and wrongs, it's definitely very wrong that women are pushed into it just to survive.

I know it sounds odd but that's what attracted them to me. They may have went on to watch sex acts but they'd get chatting to me. Definitely! I felt like an agony aunt at times. The IVF guy made me sad when the rounds failed. Although they eventually got pregnant. A few guys would be comparing about their relationships or how they'd been dumped. Quite a few would come on that clearly had low self esteem. Maybe talking to me boosted their confidence....at least I tried to convince myself that was true!

I would love to say I felt empowered etc but I didnt. It all felt seedy. It does feed the idea that women cam be bought.
