Basically what the title says! I'd rather not reveal my location as that would be a bit of a giveaway. Me and my husband were featured on LLL a few years back and even bought the house that Phil showed us.

Did you re-shoot any scenes or was it all totally natural ?
We didn't reshoot anything but we could spend up to an hour in the houses going through the rooms again and again and the camera just follows us the whole time.

How do they negotiate such massive bargains.
We only paid slightly below the asking price. P&K are very good at doing their research and getting the value of houses right and I think their knowledge ultimately helps with their negotiating skills.

Had you looked at (or seen advertised) any of the houses before?
Did you give them a list of properties you had seen it wanted to see, or did they select from scratch for you and you hadn’t seen them marketed before?

Would you have found your home without their help?
They leafleted the property we bought and I don't think we would have ever done that, so no I don't think we would have got it without their help

I never understand why people need help to find a house. It’s such a personal thing. Why would you move to completely random parts of town chosen by people who do not live there?

In short, why did you go on the show?

We'd been searching for nearly a year and absolutely struggling. We were quite specific about area, due to catchment and commute and I'm a big fan of LLL so just applied to go on the show and I'm really glad I did

He only knocked a few thousand off the asking price but he ultimately got us a house that wasn't even for sale!

Have the houses they source been surveyed prior to you looking at them ?
