I think I'm right in saying it's not compulsory but recommended and some clinics offer a free session as part of the treatment price.

Without going into detail about my session, counselling gives you a chance to talk to someone to explore your decision to do this, any areas/ issues you worry about and how you may feel/ cope with anything post baby.

It's great for reading people's journeys, seeing what's happened, asking questions, finding out about stuff and most importantly getting support ) x
