Councils aren’t going for the ‘guidance’ and it is routinely ignored by trans people. When do you expect something to change?

Eight councils are not going for the guidance. If you know of more please let us know.

There are 382 councils in the UK so that is a win yes. An overwhelming one.

Yes some "trans" people are sexist twats who break safeguards and the law. This is not news. We have sexual equality laws for a reason, even though some men want to break them. That doesn't invalidate the law.

I think the trend is clearly in the direction of believing in science and biology.

The trans activists long term plan in the UK is based on teaming up with Muslims in the Greens. Is that really a winning plan? It is already breaking down.

Every single council could declare all their facilities mixed sex tomorrow (which is unlikely) and it would not change the fact that women's rights (and all the advances made over the past 50 years) depend on a clear definition of sex in law.

Does that clarify things for you?

Not tired of winning, no. Relieved that I don't have to read about men demanding they be permitted to enter female changing rooms and threatening employers and services with legal action unless they meet their silly demands.

We're well aware that entitled men don't like to be told no. Unfortunately for them, the clarification of the existing law went showed up all the shite Stonewall et al have been spouting for the past few years and organisations (like those Councils) will find they cannot continue to break the law. If they do, they will continue to lose legal challenges. And the angry, entitled men have really ripped the mask off in the last few months and the general public (many of whom were very 'be kind, what's the harm) are now a bit more aware of the appalling behaviour of those angry, entitled men.

What a wee shame for them. Sad times for the entitled men. Sad times indeed.

Its bizarre, isn't it?

And that those cheering these public bodies on to break the law (the guidance is neither here nor there, the law is the law) think they are the good guys on TRSOH.

Still, logic and reason aren't really their strong suit.

I don’t know any trans woman who’s such a vile piece of shit that they want to use women’s spaces anyway. Most of the kind trans women I know just want to go around living in peace, and let women do the same which is why they use the gents.

Obviously you're new to this, as you're confusing sex and gender, so I won't pull you up for being transphobic. But do go away and learn the difference - there are plenty of resources.
