Councils aren’t going for the ‘guidance’ and it is routinely ignored by trans people. When do you expect something to change?

We are at least back to explicit knowledge on the part of all that a man in there should not be in there, knows he should not be in there, and is breaking the law and trampling women's needs and inclusion for his own reasons.

Starting from a position of dodgy behaviour and boundary issues/issues with respecting others.

And they can again be explicitly told to leave and help sought. Before all the 'how can you tell' squirrelling starts: the men causing most concern to women are the ones absolutely bleeding obviously men, who were depending on being able to smugly announce (they often did so explicitly) that women couldn't stop them, and the law was on their side.

That door has closed.
