Polycule falls apart

I expect people remember that Heather Herbert (charged in relation to social media comments he made after Ann Widdecombe's death) is in a polycule with Sophie Molly (aka Sparkles, aka Euan Weddell) and someone called Poppybear.

Molly, I believe, is a witness for Jolyon Maugham in Sarah Phillimore's libel case against Maugham.

Poppybear has been posting some very indiscreet posts on BlueSky about both Molly and Herbert, and it looks, tragically, as if the polycule has fallen apart.

According to Poppybear, Herbert's comments about Widdecombe "painted a bullseye on all of us", and led to the police coming in and "invading" all their devices (whatever that means).

Also according to Poppybear, living with Sophie Molly is "like being permanently slapped around the face by pathological laziness unless it's something that grooms her ego."

Oh dear.

In a separate development, apparently Herbert has had his toxic kidney removed by the NHS so the money donated to the fundraiser is going to be used for something else:

It is the ramblings of a mind deranged.

(And if anyone can find me where that quote comes from I will be very grateful.)

"the ravings of a mind deranged" is apparently a quotation from the philosopher Peter Russell.

I've never heard of him, but my knowledge of philosophers is pretty much limited to the Monty Python song.

SabrinaThwaite · 26/08/2026 21:20

My sympathy for Hackett is limited by his comments about showing bullets to people who don’t express love to trans people.

murasaki · 26/08/2026 21:34

Well yes, there is that. I still think he's more actually unwell than the others, who have no excuse.

SabrinaThwaite · 26/08/2026 21:37

I suspect when it comes to mental health it’s a race to the bottom for all of them. Maybe with the exception of Cole.

Monstershark · 26/08/2026 23:27

It could all be performative for any future court cases . I wouldn't take anything they post at face value . Damaged people can be very manipulative .

Why is he channeling Gollum’s internal monologue?

Why is he channeling Gollum’s internal monologue?

Maybe it's one of his multiple personalities precious

Why is he channeling Gollum’s internal monologue?

Gollum made more sense and was possibly less self-centred.

Monstershark · 27/08/2026 09:33

A man who pretends to be a woman is definitely capable of posting nonsense on the internet to appear to be something they are not.

Lalgarh · 27/08/2026 09:50

Pot noodle is apparently seeing a counsellor too.

And appears to be undergoing some sort of ( intersectional) feminist awakening

But then remains only 1 remove away from Animé porno users he's retweeting

It’s all so grubby, isn’t it? I don’t have a problem with people living whatever grubby life they choose, but the forcing on the rest of the (unsuspecting) public is where it makes the ideology so very wrong, for me.

I watched that unit of a transwoman Tinkerbell at his employment tribunal with his strappy dresses with bows on the (massive) shoulders, and couldn’t help thinking that the fervent constant pro trans narrative in the civil service really hasn’t done him any favours. His behaviour towards his colleagues should not have been tolerated, never mind championed.

Lalgarh · 27/08/2026 10:40

Tinkerbell?

I dare not ask.

Over on the thread about green rabid tweeter stats for lefties getting elected to the green party executive, someone has said they see him around town with a woman carrying a life like baby

Tallisker · 27/08/2026 11:56

Lalgarh Tinkerbell is Samatha Tempest - see Tempest v Rural Payments Agency, and Chair of SEEN is being sued (for some reason I can’t link on my phone)

Thank you very much! I have been muttering it for years but not daring to voice it in case someone thought it was original; on here I can write it and ask where it comes from without having to mumble about it not being original. And I had got it wrong, too; the shame of it....

The excellent Horrible Histories song is an easy way to broaden your knowledge of Greek philosophy.

I can't think what you'd have burdening you Herbert

Why on earth would Herbert be getting a social worker assigned? And he seems to think they would be his personal counsellor 🙄

This is someone the Labour Party thought fit to put up for election as an mp!

Lalgarh · 28/08/2026 10:11

It was something along the lines of him saying he was being told he didn't exist if people at work thought he wasn't a woman. He saw anyone who was a member of SEEN as by definition denying his existence - hence people here calling him Tinkerbell, though I don't think anyone had to actually clap for fairies.

random question - would SARCS arrange a social worker for an adult who reports a sexual offence? If they said they are vulnerable?

He stood as an MSP, I think, and then as a councillor for the Greens.

Well now that it's no longer possible to read twitter ithout logging in BC all the web viewers have been shut down I'm able to doom scroll the polycule.

I didn't realise they existed on YouTube. They (Herbert and Pot noodle) did an emergency broadcast last night BC NHS Wales have suspended gender affirming surgeries. They stress that other stuff for support is still in place but this is obviously a Disaster etc. some letter in the times is being referred to

Tinkerbell felt people were denying his existence if they were not constantly affirming him and he claimed it was killing him. Hence the name. Constantly affirming is the verbal equivalent of clapping.
