The point isn’t that organisations like Good Law Project or For Woman Scotland should be charities. It’s that they’ve gone offshore to get a legal structure that isn’t available to them in the UK, while getting some of the benefits of operating like a charity board without the responsibility. Aka have your cake and eat it.

For Women Scotland is a UK-registered not-for-profit company.

I find myself feeling a bit sorry for Poppy, given the others are so very awful to him. This makes me feel grubby and I don't like it. But he's clearly not well mentally (nor are they, but not in the same way, he's clearly more vulnerable) and I do feel they took advantage.

I feel generally uncomfortable with this thread. I think it's important that this group of men who have been actively working to demonise and undermine women who have different beliefs about gender than them are exposed and their dysfunctional thinking demonstrated, but beyond that it's getting close to laughing at the afflicted.

This does not mean I feel sorry for Poppy BTW. Damaged people can believe themselves very justified in inflicting damage against those they cast as their "enemies" - personal or cultural.

I'm perfectly happy with laughing at Pot Noodle while he continues his mad crusade, and to a certain extent Herbert. They need laughing at, being shown how ridiculous they are. I think Poppy is genuinely unwell, those two are just caught in the delusion and won't back down. So fair game.

I do think the mysterious Tabitha is pulling the strings still.

But Poppy gets a temporary pass from me as I feel uncomfortable in a way I don't with the others.

This may not make sense to others but hey ho, none of this shitshow makes sense.
