Now that the BBC has been forced to accept their bias and everyone seems to be u-turning, on both gender and the Isreal/Palestine war, how can the Guardian continue to employ and therefore support the views of Owen Jones?

Interesting or not, he doesn't seem to have also cross posted this to his Bluesky. He's using that to promote his book on the decline of The West (spoiler: it's because capitalism). Maybe that's the one his new employers at Mehdi Hassans news startup Zeteo are targeting.

He sounds really peeved that some.women don't want to have sex with some men, which is weird. Isn't he gay? Why would he even care?

He was mentioned on the radio today, and I had to carefully engage my brain. They referred to him as simply ‘Owen Jones’ and I didn’t immediately grasp they meant LOJ.

And I think being particular about who you have sex with is not unreasonable. There are many perfectly rational considerations to bear in mind.

Of course not. Men should be able to have or avoid sex with whoever they want to (and if thats a woman, it doesn't matter if she wants it). Women should have sex with whoever men say they should have sex with.

It's the progressive way.

I dated a bisexual man once, he was lovely.

We were both 19, it was pre the Aids crisis. Plus I guess I was a bit naive, then.

Re that survey: a vast majority of men view bisexual women in a pornified way.

The amount of blokes who hear a woman is bi and go straight to imagining a threesome or getting off on the idea of a woman they’re dating being intimate with another is astounding. Cos pornhub.

Us pesky women, however, don’t tend to have dicks that lead our thoughts in a misogynistic manner.

He always seems to be on the Jeremy Vine show on C5. Haven’t watched it in a while though as LOJ was always on it.

This does seem typical of him, ranting away at a statistic without even attempting to understand the underlying reasons for that figure.

I am guessing huge factor is the 'bi now, gay later' factor. Many men come out as bisexual before announcing they are gay, even LOJ himself admitted to this. Women may be naturally cautious.

There is probably a lot else going on if you have the time to unpick the stats but LOJ just declares it is bigoted women

He did go through a phase of claiming he was looking for a lesbian couple to impregnate before he turned 40. He was asked at the time if that would include trans lesbians but got annoyed again.

I am not aware of any obliging ladies who allowed him to get anywhere near them to achieve his their dream. The hateful TERFs
