And right now you can nab a sizeable saving thanks to discounts on last-minute stays on UK farm stays. If you're able to book and travel within the next few weeks you can save £75 on 4-night breaks and £55 on 3-night getaways when you enter the code TGTM2023 at check out.

The tent is stunning, very quaint and idyllic, the fine details are lovely. We loved it and did think it was worth every penny.

What Mumsnet users say

"We did it years ago near Cheddar Gorge in Somerset. It was nice - very nice bathroom facilities where we were and lovely that the tents were nicely spread out. And where we were there were animals and chickens where the kids could go and collect eggs" - Sharkyfan

"We did this in Devon. It was lovely. Would highly recommend. It was the height of summer" - MajesticWhine

"The accommodation was lovely and the beds very comfortable" - 5foot5

"Our son loved looking after his chickens, sleeping in the cupboard and hunting for firewood and the other tents were close enough for him to run off and make friends while we kept him in sight" - droogie
