Sounds like there are police forces who haven't got the woke memo yet.

Another violent male offender whose crimes are likely to be recorded under "woman" though.

The real story though is the size of those slippers.

"Dressed in a green t-shirt and with short, shaved hair, the defendant answered charges put to her as both Charlotte and Justin.

When asked why she wasn't dressed as Charlotte, she claimed somebody "burned" her wig and clothes as she slept".

Listen, we've all been there.

I've frequently had people burning my wigs and clothes the night before a court appearance.

OldCrone · 20/07/2019 22:24

"The cop said 'you are dressed like a man - so you will be arrested like a man'."

Does your sex now depend on what clothes you're wearing?

MindTheMinotaur · 20/07/2019 22:26

The journalist that wrote the piece was very sceptical. Made it clear they are a violent, male bodied criminal with an ugly past.

BlackForestCake · 20/07/2019 22:27

Another well-adjusted individual there just discovering her true self.

OldCrone · 20/07/2019 22:28

The journalist that wrote the piece was very sceptical.

Still used female pronouns, though.

Popchyk · 20/07/2019 22:30

The previous attack is horrific.

www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/thug-poured-bleach-new-partners-12210592

"A thug who poured bleach over his new boyfriend’s head and tried to light it got what he deserved after slipping on the chemical and knocking himself out.

Justin Blundell launched an attack on his partner without warning, repeatedly stabbing him in the knees with a screwdriver at the victim’s Gateshead home".

So many men seem to find their inner womanhood after being sentenced for a violent attack. And of course they should be welcomed into women's spaces.

Still, the real story here is cops not using preferred pronouns when arresting male people.

And the size of those slippers.

The slippers.

I've rented flats that are smaller than those.

OldCrone, womanhood is a costume. Did you not know? Bigot

FormerMediocreMale · 20/07/2019 22:38

They are going to be back behind bars sooner or later. Putting on a bit of lippy a wig and a pair of slippers that have their own county is just an attempt to get a cushy arrangement when they go back in.

Hidingwhoiam · 20/07/2019 22:42

That person should be out on the streets at all.

Absolutely disgusting.

How can someone justify violence because someone didnt use the preferred pronoun?

What did the boyfriend do, to be attacked like that?

It's always everybody's else fault when biological male are violent.

OccasionalKite · 20/07/2019 22:48

"...an attempt to get a cushy arrangement when they go back in."

But but but, that would never happen.

OneEndedStick · 20/07/2019 22:48

My god, those slippers Grin Does America know two of its aircraft carriers have been sighted in Gateshead?

BickerinBrattle · 20/07/2019 22:51

Oh, thank you, OneEnded — we’ve been looking for those — rascally bunny carriers! I’ll alert the Navy.

CantspellWontspell · 20/07/2019 22:53

You could take in lodgers in those things - Jesus wept!

Popchyk · 20/07/2019 23:01

You'd have to wonder whether Blundell was wearing those slippers when he repeatedly stabbed his boyfriend of one day, slipped on the bleach that he was trying to light in order to kill the man, and then knocked himself unconscious.

Cos frankly, if that were me, I'd be getting rid of the slippers.

This person has a pink handbag. Of course she is a woman, you bigots. It is the policeman who has committed violence here.

Hidingwhoiam · 20/07/2019 23:24

I have been called 'sir' before on the phone. I have a very deep voice. Cant say it ever made me want to punch someone

MIdgebabe · 20/07/2019 23:25

HOy, be nice about wallsend!

ZebraLovesKnitting · 20/07/2019 23:26

I’m so fed up of this pronoun business. A pronoun is a word that replaces a noun, ie a word used to call something that I see. So if I see a man, I’m going to call him a man. It’s my language, and my perception, not theirs.

Popchyk · 20/07/2019 23:40

Well, the cops were only there in the first place in order to arrest Blundell for two counts of harassment after breaching a restraining order. That some poor sod had to take out.

Blundell clearly objected to being arrested for that.

And subsequently "lashed out" at the cops and their car.

The pronouns thing was something Blundell only came up with later in order to try to excuse the lashing out.

Blundell was right there in front of the police at the time - why would they use any pronouns whatsoever in their conversation with Blundell?

Redshoeblueshoe · 21/07/2019 01:00

Oneended I blame you for my rupture, Grin
