We've watched episode 1 of the new series but can somebody remind me of a few things please:

Why is the red head lady (a lawyer I think) in prison?

What happened to the other member of the team, can't remember his name.

Josephine ran down the lawyer who raped her, ? Unfortunately she didn't kill him. Tintin felt let down by laure and gilou cover up of gilou stealing the gold bar last series.

Thanks for that but I still can't remember some of it. I just read the Guardian piece so some of it was explained but could have done with some photos instead of just names!

We're watching episode 2 tonight so I'm sure more will come back to me.

Does Gilou (the other detective on her old team) have a partner?

I've just started watching! On episode 12 of S6.

Are we doing spoilers? I spent most of the series rooting for baby Romy!

Gilou had a partner who was, in a previous relationship, partnered with a fence who's now in prison?

Gilou is very grubbily sexy, isn't he? Also fancying Tintin.

Not sure if Gilou and Laure were also in a relationship previously?

Found it hard to believe that Josephine ran down Vern in his own car, knowing that, if he survived, he could identify her. She's a jeffing barrister ffs!

Oh yes they had a fling and it looked like they were going to play happy families until she legged it from the hospital where Romy was, and he was left holding the panda (not a euphemism).

I love Spiral. Mainly because there policing is so inept - every raid/new lead goes wrong.

I’m also thrilled by the grubby way they just get up in the morning/after having sex and go straight to work.

Father is either Vincent or the other member of staff she shagged that was killedat the end of series 5. I'm not sure itda been established as Vincent was happy to take in the role

She and Gilou both do. Considering how likely it is that they'll get it together again this series, but then decided it more likely they'll both move on.

I thinki'll she shagged giloubecause her head was messed up and he was convenient. I'm finding his character more and more repulsive.

There's already a thread set up for this because so many seemed to want to talk about it. Not sure why nobody is using that. It is still relatively high up on the index page of telly addicts.

Would have been nice to have had comments in the same place instead of split. Sad
