We’re looking for Mumsnet users to test Stikins stick on name labels. The product test is open to all UK Mumsnet users who have at least one child at primary school.

Here’s what Stikins has to say: “Stikins name labels simply stick on and stay on; providing busy families with a name labelling solution that lets them save time and money by providing them with one pack of stick on name labels that can get all of their children’s school uniform and kit labelled safely and securely in seconds. A leading UK supplier of name labels, Stikins have been selling name labels since 2004 and currently have millions of labels in use across the UK.”

If selected to take part, you’ll be given a 100% off discount code for a pack of 60 name labels. You’ll then need to order the pack on the Stikins website and test the labels by adding them to your children’s clothing and kit and then washing labelled items. We’ll then ask you to give your feedback on a thread on Mumsnet as well as completing a short survey.

All selected testers who give their feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

If you’re interested in taking part, click here to sign up.

Thanks and good luck!

I really hope I’m chosen this product test is perfect for me with 4 school age children 🙂

I would love to take part in this esp as I'd love to see if a label brand actually does what it says on the tin! We've been through so many labels that after a wash or even after one day, just comes straight off! Very frustrating!

I have three primary school aged children and would love to try these as currently just use a pen to name.

Stej7 Wed 05-May-21 20:59:45

Would love to try these labels for our 3 young children in nursery and primary school who are forever leaving items of clothing behind at school and nursery. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

This would be great, I hate sewing in labels! Always looking for something more convenient.

1969angep Wed 05-May-21 21:27:43

I really need these in my life!

CrowLeftOfTheMurder Wed 05-May-21 21:46:20

I would love to test these. Fabric markers don't work and I ruin uniforms with the sew in ones.

deste Wed 05-May-21 21:52:58

What a fantastic product, sewing on labels is not one of my favourite things to do but I know it’s necessary. Would love to be chosen.

ContessaVerde Wed 05-May-21 21:55:49

Crow: have you tried folding the sewing ones in half and just stitching the ends to the seam/label? Even if your stitching is terrible, hard to ruin the uniform that way.

Obv at school Have to label Everything from uniform to kitchen sink 😂

So anything that makes life easier and actually works would be brilliant

PamPam75 Thu 06-May-21 12:27:17

Have a little one starting school this year and these look great as I don't really have the time to be sewing labels on everything.
Would be great If I was chosen

I would really like to try these - I’ve two feral / sporty children so they’d be thoroughly and rigorously tested!!

Buttermaflooby Thu 06-May-21 13:20:32

Would love to try these. My eldest starts nursery soon and my husband and I are both primary school teachers. Un-labelled uniforms are the bane of my life! These would be amazing!

angela25rose Thu 06-May-21 15:17:01

This would be so good I have twin boys at school with twice the amount to go missing !

Lilyput28 Thu 06-May-21 17:17:13

Would like to try these. With children at primary school it would hopefully be much easier than sewing name labels in!

ZohaSidd01 Thu 06-May-21 21:52:14

Applied for this, fingers crossed.

I’d love to try these out, every year I say I’m getting the stick on labels but never get round to it

Egghead81 Fri 07-May-21 11:50:06

Love the sound of this!

LooksLikeImStuckHere Fri 07-May-21 12:35:30

Done, this would be great. I have approximately eleventy billion things to name.

AnExcellentWalker Fri 07-May-21 20:55:15

Done. DD is 9 & had grown approximately 6 inches in the last year. I'm fed up of sewing name tags in everything. And having to unpick them before donating them when she inevitably grows out of them 2 months later... hmm
