I’ve started adding some yoga sessions into my gym routing but I’m struggling with clothing. My normal gym wear is a floaty gym top and leggings but I’m finding downward dog means I’m flashing my stomach to everyone (which makes me quite self conscious).
Im currently tucking in but I was wondering if there is secret to it? A lot of the women in my class do it in their sports bra and look amazing but I don’t think I’ll ever feel confident doing that.
