Progressive YouTube yoga playlists

I absolutely love doing yoga, but I often find myself struggling to actually get on the mat and start. One of my biggest blocks is overthinking which video to pick, which often ends up demotivating me.

I’m looking for recommendations for YouTube yoga programs that are structured as playlists and progress gradually. This way, hopefully I can save time and know exactly what I’m doing each day, without having to spend energy deciding beforehand.

I am aware of YWA and Kassandra. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much!

I used to do YogaGlo and they have different programmes on there. It's really good but you have to pay a monthly fee - well worth it if you use it a lot though - the site is structured really well. Loads of good teachers. Think it's just called Glo now.

Sarah Beth has a January calendar coming,as does Charlie Follows. Unfortunately for the type of progression you seem to want I suspect you would have to pay for a membership or buy a program. YWA 30 day calendars from January’s past build day on day and can be an excellent resource if you like her style. Getting stuck on wasting time deciding what to do is precisely why daily calendars are brilliant, left to my own devices I’m the same, though I sub in every now and again when I don’t fancy that days practice for whatever reason
