I love Yoga and have done it for many years, I now do Kundalini yoga which is very spiritual and involves chanting and breathing practice
my teacher is amazing and I love the classes, but recently she has started using a massive loud gong at the end while relaxing, I hate it , I literally want to cover my ears, the sound seems to vibrate through my body and makes me shake and feel nauseous , I hate to say anything because everyone else seems to love it, Is this just me ??
