Best Adriene 30 days to get back into Yoga

I used to do yoga but it has fallen by the wayside for the last couple of years. I thought I would do one of Adrienne’s 30 day programmes yo get back into but wondered which would be best for someone rather creaky and unsupported. TIA

The one that's just finished - Flow I think - has been one of my faves and the practices are all quite short so it doesn't feel like too much effort to fit it into your day

I agree. At 20 mins a day Flow is a good one to choose. Many people have commented that it has quite a lot of planks in it, to warn you, but there are no really complex difficult poses.
It starts off quite intensely but you do get some slower days after the first week.

My favourites are Dedicate and Breath. Center is good as well. I’m on about day 13 of Flow and feeling a bit underwhelmed- it’s fine, but there’s quite a lot of repetition. I’d avoid Move if you’re out of shape- it’s a lot more physically demanding than the others. And Revolution has a lot of very long ones, which is a pain if you’re busy. They’re all good, though.

True was THE one for me when I actually felt like a yogi. The practices are on the longer side though not Yoga Camp length. I haven’t done Flow or Centre all the way through but I’ve heard Centre is a good starting point,both in difficulty level and class time. Revolution I adored when I had a regular practice but it’s very strong. I def wouldn’t suggest the original 30 days as I did that a while back and found some of the practices quite a challenge
