Has anyone done the yoga class at Sherwood? If so, I would appreciate any info on:
- Did you feel that it's aimed more at beginners/intermediate/expert level.
- Do you need any blocks/your own mat, etc.
- Was it relaxing or more about getting the blood flowing?
